Ye Deposits
Deposit of 50% is required on booking, final number of guests confirmed 1 week prior to the function date and the balance paid on the night.
November & December
Due to the demand in seats, final number of guests confirmed & final balance is required 4 weeks prior to the function date. If cancellation occurs after this, the price of the seat will be forfeited in full.

Please ensure that your payment is deposited into Greensleeves Durban's account (above) and not Greensleeves Johannesburg's account. Should you deposit money directly into our account, please use your function date, followed by your name. Please note deposits will only be considered once faxed to 031 765 9413 / 086 515 5630 with reference details. Also bring the original on the night as proof of payment. For all bookings in excess of 20 people, a booking form must be completed in order to secure your reservation. Please note that if the deposit is not paid within one week of making the reservation, it may be cancelled without prior notice. Bank guaranteed checques and all credit cards are acceptable.
Ye Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing and at least 1 week prior to your reservation after which deposits will be forfeited (except Nov & Dec). All cancellations must be faxed to 031 765 9413/0865155630 and confirmed over the phone to 031 765 9400
All seats not cancelled timeously will be charged in full. All seats booked are the responsibility of the person who made the booking. Refunded deposits will be subject to an admin fee of 15%.
Wedding Payment Terms
We ask for a deposit of R 6000 to secure your wedding together with a booking form to be completed and signed within 1 week of making your booking.
Deposit of 50% of your total cost for estimated numbers is payable six months prior and final attendance numbers with the total balance 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Should you wish to pay by cheque please make them payable to Greensleeves.
