Chapel Ceremony
Our enchanting Castle Chapel with stained glass windows and a royal red carpet down the aisle is the most romantic setting to say "I do". The chapel seats up to 150 people and is equipped with CD sound & piano.

HVIII Room: Seating from 60 to 90 guests

RENAISSANCE Wedding BANQUET PACKAGE

Our Renaissance Weddings are the most traditional celebration of all, combining today's traditions with the wonderful old traditions of centuries ago! They are enormously popular, unique and enchanting.
The Baron and his Minstrels delight your guests as you travel back in time!
The Renaissance Weddings incorporate the ancient ceremony of the Loving Cup and the cutting of the Cake with a real sword. The Baron co-ordinates your speeches, throwing of the Bouquet, Garter and the traditional first dance etc.
The Bride and Groom are enthroned and crowned King and Queen at the Royal Table with their special guests.
The hall is decorated with rose petals on long wooden tables and ivy around the wrought iron candelabras with 5 candles.
A delightful five course Banquet is served.
Superb platters of food brought out to a fanfare of trumpets and served with great ceremony.
A complimentary bottle of the Kings Own sparkling wine per table and a welcoming goblet of Wassail for your guests after the service.
Sound equipment for speeches and dancing after the banquet with our D.J.

Excellent period costumes are available to hire at an additional R100 an outfit. Most guests hire costumes, as it is great fun. We also have special costumes available for Groom & Bridesmaids etc, from R250.
Decor (flowers & draping) is not included, however these can be arranged for you at competitive rates.

Honeymoon suites
Greensleeves has 2 romantic honeymoon suites in the Jane Seymour and Lady Anne Towers.
Spend the afternoon of your wedding in the beautiful peace and tranquility of Camelot.
Each honeymoon suite is beautifully appointed with the finest linen. They are en suite with a dressing room/lounge on the 2nd floor. The luxury bedroom is situated on the 3rd floor leading out onto the balcony.
Check in the morning of your wedding; get ready with your bridesmaids and then walk down the turret stairs into the chapel.
OR
Spend 2 nights and book the Friday night with your bridesmaids. Sleep 4 people.
A bottle of champagne and continental breakfast is included.
