Spit Roste Beef of Olde England & Spit Roste Chyken served with Baked Earthapples and Potherbs

Spit roasted aged beef and whole chickens served whole on large platters, with garlicky baked potatoes, assorted seasonal oven roasted vegetables, sauces and gravy. Carve it up at the table, and eat like Henry VIII!
